Lucas A. Sprouse received his Master of Applied Historical Research from Boise State University in the United States, where he also taught as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. While pursuing his Master’s, he worked with the Basque Museum which focused on immigration and educational history.  He published teaching units for the Environmental History Journal on Global Perspectives on Wilderness and American Politics and Environmentalism.  As well as teaching in the United States, he taught at Evanjelické Gymnázium Tisovec and currently teaches at 1. Súkromné Gymnázium v Bratislave focusing on subjects such as history, geography, natural sciences, cultural realia, and English.
